OFFICE MANAGER
AYALA MARKS

It is Ayala’s pleasant, friendly voice you hear when calling our office for information and assistance.  Ayala performs a myriad of day-to-day tasks that contribute to our synagogue’s management, including: acknowledgment of donations, management and notification of yahrzeits, and reservations for events.  Whenever you have a question about The Coachella Valley’s Conservative Synagogue or the Jewish community here in the desert, call or email Ayala.  If she cannot answer your question, she knows someone who can!

 COMMUNICATIONS
Bill Amplo

Bill’s dedication to Congregation Beth Shalom far exceeds any specific title or description.  As the creator, designer, and manager of our kehillah’s website and weekly bulletin, Bill devotes many hours each week to keeping our members, friends, and the Jewish community apprised of our congregation’s schedule of religious services, activities, and programs.  Bill designs our colorful program flyers and newspaper advertising pieces and provides vital technological expertise.

HOSPITALITY TEAM
David Baellow - Sharon Lubetsky - Gwen Schall

Our hospitality team dedicates an enormous amount of time, effort, and talent each week to preparing our Shabbat Kiddush Lunches.  They plan and prepare our Shabbat dinners, Sunday afternoon barbecues, special events, and all refreshments associated with synagogue programming.  They are the HEART of our social life at Beth Shalom.
